**Update 7/2/2020 - Due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 We have tightened a few restrictions to help keep our clients and staff healthy.
-Purses and handbag will not be allowed in the salon, you can bring a magazine or book, phone, keys and payment method in with you.
-Additional efforts include no conversation with stylist or clients in the shampoo are or during the blowout portion of your appointment.
Please be in the parking lot before your scheduled appointment time. - We are working on a very tight schedule at this time. Late arrivals may have to forgo finishing services or reschedule.
Temperature checks for staff, clients, and parents (contact less) are being done upon entering the salon.
Every client is required to wear a mask for the duration of their service. - We ask that you put on your mask prior to exiting your vehicle. An ear loop mask is preferred so we may have full access to the back of the head.
Keep conversation to a minimum. -The less talking we do the better to help prevent the spread of germs at this time. If you would like a consultation or a change to your normal service please discuss that with your stylist via phone prior to your appointment.
Bring only essential items in to your appointment such as keys, payment method, and phone. Pleases leave purses, coats, and other items locked safely in your vehicle
Your service provider may relay your payment to the front desk during your processing time or at the end of your service. - This helps us reduce gathering in the front desk area.
Cancellations & Rescheduling - We understand things come up and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled, we ask that you give at least a 4 hour notice so we can fill your appointment with another client on our waiting list.
*** If appointments are cancelled within 4 hours of scheduled time you will be charged for that appointment before booking your next appointment.
Pre-book your appointments. - We expect for schedules to be tight in the upcoming months as we settle into our new normal. We ask that you book your next appointment or series of appointments in advance, we can print a detailed list of your scheduled appointments.
We will not be able to assist clients entering and exiting the building. - caregivers please bring any equipment needed for mobility such as a wheelchair, walker, ect. our employees will no longer be able to assist with entering / exiting the building or parking vehicles. vehicles may not remain in the fire lane other than loading and unloading.
We have temporarily suspended any and all service discounts (student discounts) and promotional offers at this time except for our Mothers Day Giveaway.
We currently have a one stylist one client policy at this time.
- Only the person receiving a service will be allowed in the building during their scheduled appointment .
- No pets (except service animals) may accompany clients during this time.
-Children may receive provided they can wear a mask for the duration of the service, small children may be accompanied by one parent at this time if necessary.
If you are sick or showing signs of illness, have a new or worsening cough, be exposed to someone that has tested positive for covid-19, or they or yourself are awaiting test results please reschedule your appointment.
Clients that arrive showing symptoms of any illness will be rescheduled a minimum of 14 days later depending on availability. You will not be charged a fee of any kind if you need to cancel for any type of illness, we only ask we have as much notice as possible.
